Pulled Barbecue Pork Wraps

The perfect recipe for the cook who values ease and taste in equal measure.

You’ll need:

  • 950g Pork Joint

  • 1 Large, Brown Onion, sliced

  • 1/2 Bottle of Laffe Barbecue Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of Red Chilli Oil

  • 3 teaspoons of Smoked Paprika

  • 1 teaspoon of White Pepper

  • 2 tablespoons of Lime Juice

  • 200 ml of Water

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 Tin of Butterbeans, drained (optional)

  • 8 or 10 Tortilla Wrap


Optional Topping:

  • Chopped Tomatoes, Cheese, Shredded Lettuce, Salsa or Laffe Green Chilli oil.



Let’s make it:

  • Sear the pork till golden, then throw it in the slow cooker with onions, barbecue sauce, red chilli oil, smoked paprika, white pepper, lime juice, and water.

  • Cook low and slow for 6 hours, shred it, stir in the butter beans, and let it soak up the flavour for 30 more minutes.

  • Warm up your tortillas and wrap it up!
