Pulled Barbecue Pork Wraps

The perfect recipe for the cook who values ease and taste in equal measure.

You’ll need:
950g Pork Joint
1 Large, Brown Onion, sliced
1/2 Bottle of Laffe Barbecue Sauce
1 tablespoon of Red Chilli Oil
3 teaspoons of Smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon of White Pepper
2 tablespoons of Lime Juice
200 ml of Water
Salt to taste
1 Tin of Butterbeans, drained (optional)
8 or 10 Tortilla Wrap
Optional Topping:
Chopped Tomatoes, Cheese, Shredded Lettuce, Salsa or Laffe Green Chilli oil.
Let’s make it:
Sear the pork till golden, then throw it in the slow cooker with onions, barbecue sauce, red chilli oil, smoked paprika, white pepper, lime juice, and water.
Cook low and slow for 6 hours, shred it, stir in the butter beans, and let it soak up the flavour for 30 more minutes.
Warm up your tortillas and wrap it up!
