Why do we do this?
Here at Laffe we focus on bold flavours but just as importantly, we have the environment in mind in all our products.
Our MISSION is to create 'More Taste, Less Waste' by using NORMALLY WASTED ingredients to enhance the flavours and textures of our products. There is so much food that goes to waste when they can be made into something amazing!
We are always looking at ways that we can reduce our waste by using all parts of a vegetable that often get overlooked! We use the peel, the stalks, you name it! We even made with our Yellow Chilli Jam because we use lime zest in our Green Chilli Oil and needed a use for the lime juice!
If food waste were a country it would be the third biggest contributor to GREENHOUSE GASES after the US and China.

This is huge and totally AVOIDABLE!

So at Laffe, we’re flipping the script on food waste. We rescue top-quality ingredients that would’ve normally have been chucked and turn them into something worth celebrating.
We also share quick, clever recipes to help you use up what’s at home (even if it’s looking a little sorry for itself). Sustainability isn’t an afterthought at Laffe, it’s at the heart of everything we do.​​​​​​​
