Baked Chilli Jam Camembert Recipe

Deliciously sweet, spicy, melt in the middle baked camembert. Perfect for sharing or a cheeky night in for yourself.
Served this treat with fresh, crusty bread, charcuterie and salad.

Ingredients
250g Camembert
3 tbsp Laffe Yellow Chilli Jam
Serve with
Salad, bread and cold cut meats
Garnish with
Rosemary or your favourite fresh herbs
Lets Make It!
Preheat your oven to 200C/180C fan. While the oven it heating place the camembert in an oven proof dish. Score the top of the camembert with a sharp knife in a grid pattern.
Once the oven is hot, place the camembert in the oven for 15 minutes. After this time, remove from the oven and evenly dollop 2 tbsp of the chilli jam over the top. Bake for a further 5 minutes or until gooey in the middle.
Remove from the oven and dollop the rest of the chilli jam on top and then garnish with fresh rosemary.
Enjoy warm with your choice of sides and warm bread. Easy Peasy!
